Jacob Bumpas

 Jacob Bumpas, a proud East Texas native from Tyler and graduate of East Texas Baptist University, joins ESPN Central Texas with five years of sports radio and play-by-play experience. Known for his preparation and authenticity, he served as the voice of ETBU Athletics across all sports and covered high school athletics in Harrison County for four years, earning trust as a leading voice in the region. A recipient of the Belo Scholarship from the Texas Association of Broadcasters and winner of the Texas Broadcast News Award for Best Story/Series, Jacob brings a passion for storytelling and a commitment to covering Central Texas sports with integrity, energy, and a focus on athletes’ stories.

 

Ward Whites

Ward Whites grew up as a High School Coaches son and played for his Dad, Gary Whites, at Burleson High School. Gary Coached High School Football in Texas 54 years. After High School Ward went on to Texas Tech where he played football for the Red Raiders. After graduation he was off to Stephenville Texas to Tarleton State University where he Coached Football, he was a Linebacker Coach and Special Team Coordinator.  Ward Also Coached Track at Tarleton State University, from there Ward got in to Radio playing Texas Country since 1993 when Texas Country was starting to catch fire. He has also done play by play for High School Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Softball all over the State. He has called 13 State Championship games. Ward has also done College Football as well and is the Voice of Mary Hardin Baylor Where he called a National Championship for the Crusaders.  Ward has one son, Blaze Whites, who is a graduate of Texas Tech.

Amanda Gadison

Amanda Gadison is an attorney and an experienced online streaming host who brings her passion for sports to the Gametime Super Star Sports News. She is a former college athlete and a proud Central Texas native. Amanda combines her legal expertise and firsthand athletic insight to deliver engaging, down-to-earth sports talk. She enjoys connecting with the vibrant Central Texas community through lively sports conversations. When she is not on air, Amanda loves staying active, exploring local events, and cheering on her hometown teams, especially her nephews’ little league teams.
