Safari: The file will begin playing in a new window or tab. Right click on the file and select Save Page As. It will prompt you to where you want to download the file and click save.

Google Chrome: The file will begin playing in a new window or tab. There are 3 dots to the right of the player. Click the dots and select download. 

Firefox: When the file begins playing, right click on it. Select Save Audio As.
